Review of Honest Company's Diapers, Wipes, Shampoo & Body Wash, Lotion, Surface Cleaner, & Healing Balm

Honest Company Product(s) Review

In the past, I reviewed the Honest Company as a diaper delivery system, and now I want to sing the praises of most of their products.  I am in love...again.  What a goof ball I am.

 This post includes a review of the following items:  Diapers, Wipes, Shampoo & Body Wash, Face & Body Lotion, The Healing Balm, and the Surface Cleaner.  


The Diapers

The Honest CompanyI absolutely, 100% LOVE these diapers.  For you Huggies moms (and dads), these diapers are as well manufactured at the Huggies Snugglers, with the internal weight of the Huggies Snug N Dry.  In terms of my babe, they are perfect, not too bulky/hot, but not too light either.

 BUT, unlike Huggies, these diapers arrive at your door AND they are a more responsible choice.  They are made with Plant-based (PLA) inner & outer layers and sustainably harvested pulp.  They have no harsh chemicals, fragrances, or latex. Amazeballs. 

 Also, these diapers are FUN to wear.  The designs are outrageously cool.  How much fun it has been to wear skulls & crossbones on the lead up to Halloween.  None of my friends have tried Honest yet, so I have been able to show off the cool designs.  

 You HAVE GOT TO TRY THESE!

The Wipes

These are THE best wipes I have ever used.  No kidding.  I make everyone I know touch them and smell them.  They have the best texture.  The cloth is so soft, but its also really durable.  

 Then the smell, there is none!  You know that kind of funky smell on baby wipes, even the made for sensitive skin ones?  Well, these don't have a smell, which I find to be awesome.  I am always using baby wipes for cleaning hands and faces.  No more grimaces from my baby.  He does not mind getting his face wiped with these bad boys.  

 Honest Wipes are honestly the best wipes in the world; I only wish that I had developed them...


The Shampoo & Body Wash

While I would recommend the Shampoo & Body Wash, because of its being so pure, the smell could be improved.  The Shampoo & Body Wash did its job and cleaned my little one.  However, I'm just not a huge fan of orange and vanilla.  I'm more of a lemon and lavender girl.  

 Just as the product claims, it is a tear-free formula.  (I accidentally got some in my bubba's eye and he didn't fuss at all.  In fact, it didn't even turn red.)  


The Face & Body Lotion

Have you ever tried California Baby?  This lotion reminds me of that product.  It's awesome.  No weird smells and no slimy feeling make this lotion a great option for you and your baby.  Both of my son's have suffered from eczema, and this formula is perfect for them.  They don't even mind when I put it on.

 Personally, I really like this lotion.  When I put it on my skin, it's like my body just drinks it up, because it is gone in a moment.  Then for the rest of the day my hands stay nice and soft.  


The Healing Balm

Did I mention that my sons have eczema?  The healing balm has been a godsend.  I've used this stuff all over my babies' bodies.  I'll put it on after 


The Surface Cleaner

It Works!  How awesome is it to trade in those harsh chemicals for a greener option?  This cleaner tackled my bathroom.  The smell of the surface cleaner makes me smile; it's grapefruit.  I love grapefruit!  

 I use the surface cleaner a lot, because my guys are constantly sticking things in their mouths.   I have no problem spraying this stuff everywhere, because I know that it is not going to hurt my little one. 

 If you are looking for Non-Toxic Home Cleaning Products for Your Family, this surface cleaner is for you.  What's better than a cleaner that works and is not bad for you or the environment...nothing!

The Final Tally

I am totally in love with Honest Company products.  For parents who are trying to give their kids the best products out there while making sure they are environmentally responsible, the Honest Company products meet the mark.  The convenience of home delivery make this company's products an easier option than most.  And, how stinkin cool are they?
